Lurians,

I am pleased to inform you that the Radiant Council has unanimously approved the Religious Freedom and Guild Autonomy Act, marking it as our first written law alongside the foundational four realm laws.

With the enactment of this bill into law, lords now possess the rightful authority to construct guilds, temples, and other essential infrastructures within their respective territories. Additionally, they hold the power to determine the permissibility of religious preaching within their domains.

However, it is crucial to recognize that while this law grants you the freedom to exercise these rights, it does not absolve you from potential political consequences. Actions such as wantonly destroying recruitment centers without the approval of the Radiant Council may be perceived as detrimental to the realm. While concerns regarding non-military infrastructures will be relatively less pronounced, maintaining a balance between individual autonomy and collective responsibility remains essential.

As we continue to uphold the principles of this new law, I encourage each lord to exercise their newfound rights responsibly and consider the broader impact of their decisions on the stability and well-being of our realm.
