The Governing Bodies of Luria Nova are structured in two main parts:

| The Radiant Council | This council consists of government officials and select members from the Hall of Glory. They hold the power to veto any laws passed by the House of Lords, and primarily focus on managing diplomatic affairs. After each government election, new members are chosen for the Hall of Glory.(To ensure that there are no ties or deadlocks during decision-making, the council should have an odd number of members.) |
| The House of Lords | This group is made up of lords who volunteer to serve. They discuss and propose laws for the Ascendancy, and once ready for voting, a duke will initiate a referendum in which only lords can participate. If the law is passed, it will then be reviewed by the Radiant Council for a final decision. |
