It is decided that Luria Nova shall be the first to be inspected, as the realm who has gone longest since last changing diplomatic relations, as the mightiest, as the wealthiest, as the sometimes most glorious, realm of the land. What exactly do you mean with inspections? The regions of Luria Nova all have its own history. Is there any special qualities your Inspectors seek to find? How will the inspection be conducted? I need answers to that in order to pick a suitable region for the inspection at hand. Otherwise I will choose the region by throwing a dart on a map with Luria Nova's regions. | |

As stated when I reclaimed the Chieftancy, all tribes will be inspected. Zuma tribes have been inspected and now Outlander tribes will be inspected. The Inspectors seek to find strong, healthy tribes with few diseased or feeble members. The inspection will be conducted by battle. | |

Unless you think Shinnen will prove too much for your Inspectors, it is the designated region for the inspection to take place. Luria Nova wishes to show you the best it can muster, and the people of Shinnen are among the toughest and most resilient people you can find on this continent. While the region is fortified, its walls represents the strength of a united people, as no human could have built the walls on their own. If it your intention to inspect the strengths of my people, we feel like the inspection should cover all aspects. I have no issues with changing the location elsewhere, if it is not to your liking. When will the inspection take place? We are somewhat scattered right now due to various duties, and as such need seven days to mount a defence worthy of your Inspectors. The Zuma welcome challenge. Shinnen it shall be. There is no set date, for as you know travel upon Dwilight is great and unpredictable even without winter. They march from Dragon Song now that the destination is known. Whether you wish to await them or challenge them after their arrival is your choice. Whether it is a single battle or many is up to your success; you will have 3 days to give your best. Lastly, I am informed that Xidira wishes to learn more of the Outlanders and shall be joining the inspection to manage it and learn from your peoples. | |
