Roleplay from Trystrem

Reaching his target, Trystrem took a deep breath. He took a quick look around, and he noticed an increased number of guards stationed around camp. He paused a moment, and thought about what he was going to get into. During this pause, Shadow appeared on his shoulder. Accepting the risks, he slowly sneaked towards his victim. Into his tent, he descended upon the body, knife in hand, he brought his knife down, only to have it blocked by the knife his victim carried. Trystrem was thrown from the hold, and allowed him to get out of bed. They went back and forth for awhile until Trystrem managed to wound him. Breaking off now, Shadow began to squawk wildly, flapping his wings making as much noise as possible. He could hear alarms sounding from surrounding guards. He ran out of the tent to find some guards running over to catch him already. He took off for the woods, guards really close behind and catching up. Looking ahead, he saw more guards coming that way to. He stopped, and knelt down. He knew he was caught. The last thing he could do was get revenge for the blunder. He took Shadow in his hands, and he broke his neck, and threw him on the ground. He put his hands on his face, and fell over to the ground. Over the next minutes, he felt fists and steel tipped boots impaling him until he fell unconcious.

Later on he awoke again, to a familiar feeling, being dragged towards his cell. Being thrown in, the only thing he could do this time was to see if he could bribe the guards. He handed over 6 gold coins, yet they just laughed in his face, and left him there to rot. He soon fell asleep and a dream ensued. He was back at the family mansion. His brothers Grim, and Aethelmaer were sitting next to him at the dinner table, and they were all having a good time just talking and joking around. This is what he always hoped would happen one day when he was young, but it never happened. So persuaded by anger, he turned to the dark side, and the dream never came true. He awoke to the sounds of footsteps coming down into the dungeons. He took a few deep breaths, as he knew this would be the end.
