The Temple in Lughrethen

History

The temple in Lughrethen was Build by Brother Luke some time ago. It is one of the oldest temples in the Thalmarkin regions. Only the temple in Pellan is older. Brother Luke build the temple after he set the first steps on the path of the Golden Feather. For his trust and honour he was given the gold from the Order to build a temple in his regio to honour the Golden Dragon.

Silver Feather silverhawk later ordered the building of a second storie on top of the temple. From that day the Temple was able to serve the Order not only as a place of worship, but also as a place of rest and a locatio traveling priests could visit on there travels in the north.

The Temple

The Temple is build on a small hill of solid rock. The temple can be seen from the main town of Lughethen, from where a road leads to the Temple. Around the temple one of the largs woods of the region. On the road local militia and the Temple Guards patrol to make sure that travelers arrive safely at the temple.

The Temple contains two stories. The first storie contains the main hall of the Temple. There are the statues placed of the Heroes of the Golden Dragon. On the second storie the rooms of the local priest and Temple Guards are located. Also a small dining room and Kitchen can be found up here. The local priests also has a small room filled with herbs and potions. He makes cures and antidotes from the local plants he finds in the forests of Lughrethen. His skill is well known around the Order of the Golden Feather.

On the top of the temple a small tower can be seen. In the Tower the sign of the Golden Dragon is placed. It safe guards the suroundings from evil spirit and false religions. In the area behind the temple a small training area has been made for the Guards to train there skills. Also in front of the temple the well known square can be found. There big ceremonies are held to be able to grant every follower who comes a vieuw on what happens.
