Feature Requests/No New Realm Restrictions for Secessions

Summary

When you are part of a duchy that secedes from its parent realm, do not get the new realm restriction, such as inability to change class.

Details

There are many restrictions when you join a new realm, and they make sense both for balance reasons (it's not good to switch realms every other week) and IC (you are not yet established or well-known, better work on integrating in the new realm before changing anything). However, in a secession, you are not changing realm at all: you keep your titles, everyone already knows you.

Inability to change class is what bugs me at the moment, but there are other limitations: you don't get the Character List right away for example.

I do not know how easy it is code-wise, but the ability to vote appears instantaneously after a secession and not after changing realm, so it already exists somewhere.
