Sending an automatic reminder email before new players auto-delete.

Details

Send an automatic reminder email before they auto-delete. Email would include world news for the continent(s) their characters are on, new feature requests, and account info (password) before they auto-delete in order to try to regain interest. Links to the manual should probably be included in the email as well though. If they logged in, they'd see more messages that have occurred since they joined.

Benefits

One reason many leave is that initially there isn't much to do. BM is largely based upon communication and social interaction and given a few days they could see this in action, which they might not have currently. Of course, the email would have to be interesting and not too impersonal (the reason for world news from their characters' islands).
