Be able to choose the exact number of militia to place.

Details

Above a certain amount(10-20? based on honor? based on current unit size?), be able to select the number of men you want to place(like you are able to when recruiting) instead of placing only half or entire unit.

Better control of how much militia you want to place out of your own unit.
