The Great War Begins (April 2005 – September 2005)

Battles commenced throughout the whole continent everywhere. The ferocity of the war was incredible. The central alliance faced grave odds as the war began however the members in it refused to give up.

Caligus vs Yssaria front

Caligus and Yssaria onsued their war. Fighting ferociously. Many battles occurred over Supra it changing sides multiple times. However Yssaria were able to gain an advantage beating back the army of Caligus and was also able to claim Aureues by the end of August

Perdan vrs Ibladesh and Itorunt front

Perdan’s army was the most feared on the island. With the most resources to back them up and also with their renouned generals they were a fighting force no one could face on their own. Although Itorunt and Ibladesh together should have been stronger this was not the case. Perdan will was massive and they pushed back Itorunt and Ibladesh forces. The first region switch was Clermont which soon later went rogue and stayed rogue for a long duration of the war.

Perdan then even managed to start assaulting Ar Mosul and Al Aquabah successfully damaging the regions by the end of August taking Ar Mosul. Ibladesh and Itorunt seem to be reeling.

Oligarch, Rancangua and Avamar vrs Sirion, Fontan and Old Rancangua front

Oligarch was a realm who was coming into power at the beginning of the great war. No one really knew what they could do till the war started. Avamar was trapped in Avamar city and Rancangua consistently needed aid to fend off Old Rancangua. Oligarch held its borders planned many raids into Sirion looting and pillaging deep in their lands they lost Evora only during this time. However, Sirion and Fontan planned an offensive and were able to storm Oligarch’s outpost in Krimml taking it just before September.

Rancangua had also lost regions and now only had Kazahk, Kazan and Gadlock.

During all the fighting and looting Eleador also gained Montijo as it switched to them. Sirion got fed up with Eleador declaring war against the defenseless realm taking Dale and Tabost from them. Eleador was now left with one region hobbling along.

Oligarch capital and Westmoor cities breached temporarily – First week of September

The first week of September saw Sirion and Fontanese forces enter the cities of Oligarch and Westmoor. After some pillaging the invaders however were pushed out after damaging the economy a little.

Ubent decides / then rebels then changes government

Ubent under the reign of their Tyrant Scyld decided on his own they would support Ibladesh and Itorunt in their was against Perdan and forsake the nations that protected them.

September 14, 2005 - With their new allies Ubent/Itorunt and Ibladesh launched an attack on Ar Mosul. However, only three of Ubent even marched. Everyone else refused to and rebelled right after the battle in Ar Mosul. Led by Isidore the rebellion was overwhelming and succeeded easily the next day. September 16, 2005 – Old Rancangua takes Gadlock from Rancangua. Rancangua now has 2 regions left.

September 18, 2005 – Sirion take Orbendorf from Oligarch

The end of Eleador

Meanwhile in the north Eleador stayed in their one region still not budging. Fontan wanted Montijo back. Shortly after Avamar passed through Montijo to attack Fontanese lands. This ignited Fontan’s wrath and they immediately declared war on Eleador. The realm perished shortly after on the 23rd of September 2005.
