Dragonborn Family
The Dragonborn Family are the direct descendants of the one and only Dragon. The Dragon was the divinde warlord of the infamous Brethren of the Coast, more commonly known as The Pirates.
The warrior nation known as The Pirates was one of the most feared Kingdoms in the far away world of Utopia, where they used to roam the seas between the islands and wreck havoc and destruction. The Kingdoms of Utopia had learned to fear unknown ships and whenever the Jolly Roger was seen flying from a ships mast they would call home their armies, close their harbors and pray to their Gods. Throughout the world of Utopia The Pirates became synonymous with Terror.
The one and only Dragon was the founder of The Pirates and according to the legend he started out with little more than a ragtag band of people in a broken and ruined Kingdom, so weak and unimportant that no other Kingdom had ever heard of it. From these humble beginings the Terror of Utopia slowly emerged. At the end of its days, before the great Age of Destruction, (ooc: also know as the Age of Downtime, which should be familiar to any old Utopia veterans out there) The Pirates where a Kingdom filled with Kings. Every Captain ruled supreme on his own ship and many hailed from ancient warrior realms where they themselves had been Kings. The Pirates where truly the home of Kings.
After the Age of Destruction the fleet disbanded and the ships where spread by the winds. It is said that the Dragon's heart broke into equally many pieces as there were Captains for he could not bear to let them go and thus the one and only Dragon ceased to exist. According to prophecy the Dragon will be reborn on the day that all the Pirate Captains once more gathers. When they are all joined once more, then and only then, will the Dragon once more roam the earth.
While the one and only Dragon is gone his decendants live on and there are countless stories to be told of these men and women. It is told that there was once a family on an Island called Dwillight, in the nation of D'Hara, which was named Stormweaver at the time. The Stormweaver family is somewhat of a mystery but it is known that they came to D'Hara by ship from a distant land. There are also records (ooc: check the BM wiki) that show Khain Stormweaver visiting the Dragon Queen of D'Hara before vanishing for many years. There are some who believe that the Khain of house Dragonborn might be the very same as the Khain Stormweaver which vanished so long ago but no proof of this has been found.
The Dragonborn family itself is also somewhat of a mystery and Khain Dragonborn is the first of their members to appear in any record. It is said that he appeared the day after local peasants had been spreading wild rumors of a Dragon being spotted in the deep forest of Rettlewood in Ordenstaat. The first record of him is when he crosses the border from the realm known as Ordenstaat towards D'Hara but there is no record of him ever arriving in D'Hara itself. The next appearance of Khain is on the Colonies and records can also be found of an Ancalagon Dragonborn and his sister Reoz Dragonborn arriving in Darka at this time.
