Caelum/Founding Treaty

This is the treaty signed by Thalmarkin, Old Grehk, Sint, and Nothoi to found he realm that would come to be known as Caelum.

With this agreement the realms Nothoi, Sint, Old Grehk and Thalmarkin (also known as the Northern Alliance) agree to the following:

1. A new realm will be built with nobles from each realm from the NA and will be part of the NA;

2. This new realm (yet to be named) will be based on Heen;

3. The realm will have the following regions and Duchies:

a. Heen Duchy:
i. Heen
ii. Kif
iii. Watersdown
iv. Hcallow
v. Apohk
vi. Kraake
b. Tahgalez
i. Tahgalez
ii. Watto
iii. Mokut
iv. Kording
v. Eykfar

4. The realm will be a Monarchy

a. There will be no ruling religion, leaving to the realm members to follow their chosen believes.

5. The ruling council will be appointed as follow:

a. Ruler: Old Grehk appint the ruler
b. Judge: To be determined
c. General: To be determined
d. Banker: To be determined
e. Thalmarkin will choose the council position it wishes to appoint a noble to, Nothoi and Sint will enter an agreement on wich position to appoint a noble

6. The Duke of Heen will be chosen by Sint and the Duke of Tagahlez will be chosen by Nothoi

7. Sint and Nothoi will start taking the lands for the realm, when everything is done the duke of Heen will create the new realm

a. Once the realm is created the chosen ruler will create the duchies and appoint the Dukes of the realm

8. The four realms will present a list to the dukes and council with a suggestion of names of nobles to be appointed as lords.

a. From this list the dukes will chose the lords of their regions in the best way they see fit.
b. The list will be formed considering this division:
i. Thalmarkin will present 4 names granting them 4 lordships
ii. Old Grehk will present 3 names granting them 3 lordships
iii. Nothoi and Sint will present 1 name each granting them 1 lordship each
c. The realms can propose more names, but the proportion of lords should remain as item b states.
