Brynhild Family

Origins

The Brynhild family arose to nobility after years of servitude in the Rauxrod region of the Cagilan Empire. The first Brynhild to take up a knight's title for the family was Sir Rodrick, who swore fealty to Sir Frosty, Lord of Hidale. Shortly thereafter, Sir Garren, Rodrick's older brother, swore fealty to Sir Wenlu, Lord of Alimonne. An outcast from the Brynhild family, Eamon, has been sighted adventuring in the Dwilight realm.

Family

Rodrick (age 18) 2011-05-16 Rodrick Began his career in Cagilan Empire.

Rodrick left his family estate in Rauxrod with a small force to join the Cagilan Empire in the war against Carelia at the age of 17. He was an inexperienced commander and swore fealty to Lord Hidale, joining the Fyrd of Ered Luin. Sir Rodrick cut his teeth in the battle of Esgalons (~2011-06-07). He also participated in the siege and subsequent reclaiming of the city of Skalk (~2011-06-20 through 2011-06-30-2011).

Garren (age 20) 2011-06-28 Garren Began his career in Cagilan Empire.

The elder brother of Rodrick and Eamon's twin, Garren decided to leave the family estate after reports from Sir Rodrick's effort in the war reached the Brynhild family. Garren gathered a small force and swore fealty to Lord Alimonne. His cadre was assigned to the Pax Cagilan army, but as of yet he has not been involved with any military efforts.

Eamon 2011-06-30 Eamon Began a life of adventure in Grand Duchy of Fissoa.

Little is known about Eamon. It is rumored that he was disgraced and thrown out of the family estate in Rauxod at the age of 16 and his whereabouts for the next few years are largely in contention. Around the same time that Sirs Rodrick and Garren began their knighthoods, Eamon was reported to be in the Dwilight lands living among the common folk of Fissoa and traveling in the surrounding area.
