After slaying the leader of a Monster Horde, in the pile of flesh and bones, Velerefontis of Family Ektoria, found the Brilliant Jacket of the Dragons.

The icy scaled armour is made from the finest dragon scales of the "Dark-fanged Ice Dragon". The Dark-fanged is an extinct Dragon that used to reside in the dark badlands of Alvaret. The Dark-fang Ice dragon was called so because of it's dark reddish-brown fangs and bluish translucent icicle like scales. The scales of the dragon were believed to give the wearer an unknown power.
