Bogelani Family/Ziccharius

Ziccharius is the first born son of the Bogelani family. He is currently a knight of Masahakon, capital of Soliferum.

Appearance

Ziccharius is of short but stout size, estimated to 5'4". He has small, green eyes and a receding chin. He weares short brown hair and has almost no beard growth. The little he has he shaves very regularly.

In battle, he weares a plain chain male and a ridge helmet with black feather trimming. He is equipped with a giant shield, all in a silverish grey and a single black ring in the middle, but only a small sword - even small for a man of his size - hangs on his side.

In politics and other social occasions, he likes to wear black clothes with no or only very little decorations. If any, he weares silver chains or silver or white handkerchiefs. But he is often seen wearing a black hat.

He is also often seen with his captain and personal servant Hassad who also mostly weares completly black clothes.

Armorial Bearings

Ziccharius' armorial bearings are the bearings of his family. After he left his family's dwellings, he additionally chose a black ring on his shield.

Personality

Ziccharius always seems very laid back and reserved in personal conversations. If there are more than two partys present, he tends to remain silent all the time, specially if he didn't initiate the conference. It is not unusual that his personal servant Hassad is always close to the conversation, silently waiting in the same room or the next. It seems that Ziccharius can signal Hassad with very few hand movements, if any, his intentions and commands.

Ziccharius shows only very little emotion and does not even smile often. If he smiles, it is a weak smile and seems odd. However, he makes extensive use of a wide variety of eye gestures. He often changes between normal and squinty eyes or lifts his right eyebrow, turning his head slightly left. If he does so, he also seems like directly looking his opposite in the left eye.

Although he can make use of a loud and clear voice, he tends to speak as silently as possible in private conversations.

History

Ziccharius became a knight of Masahakon under Duchess Bel'Sinda Fowtrot. His first public appearance was in the battles of Soliferum vs. Cathay in the region of Pates and Anacan.
