Rugina has thought about suicide in the past few days on four occasions. One: The Ride will take 24 hour hours, so the scouts say. Two: The wounded will not silence. Three: The bitching healer won't stop talking about the wounded. Four(and most important): She may be very late for her date...

The road could not be any worse. Branches, holes, rock, and even whole trees block the the way of the so called road, that is better named a beaten path.

The wounded man crys, all day about missing his son, how he will die before he sees him ever again, blah blah blah...

Then the healer trys speaking open with Rugina about the soldiers wound, how he needs to stop and wash him in some pond/river. He also goes into detail about how She should treat him after he heals... Rugina only really cares about the nameless man being able to fight. The healer doesn't seem to under stand to shut up, when the noble tells him to.

She just hopes she can get to Avamar in time, so she can be in Sirion at least.
