Rugina was spending her time in Sirion city in a upper-class dancehall. The ElfCrown Dancehall was known for its rich, well dressed patrons. Rugina liked it because it Was classy and she could dance with any man in the room, even the few who were dancing with their wives.
But tonight only Rugina was the only lady there. All the talk about an assassin running though the streets scared any upper-class women into their homes. After all, they wouldn't have fun thinking they could be killed any moment, because the man their dancing with could be the assassin. But that is why Rugina went out here in the first place, wearing her military outfit(with out the armor of course) But any one could see she was a military commander. She wanted the assassin to blow his cover, to attack her, so he could be ID'ed.
But she was having no such luck.
A few of the curious men at the dancehall chatted with Rugina, wondering if she really did command a unit on the front. She confirmed that and even flirted with a few.

Later that Night

Some of the men Rugina spoke with at the dancehall earlier that night showed up at the dance hall just when Rugina was about to leave her little stake-out. They had swords and light armor on. Rugina would have never guessed it was a group of assassins, she drew her sword and stood ready in defense. The men didn't draw their swords, and one among them spoke
"Milady Rugina, we all came to a agreement. We can not let you chase after an assassin with out a troop behind you. Let us serve as your unit."
Rugina stared shocked at the men, she stowed away her short sword and smiled.
"You would all fight for me?"
The Men nod and another man spoke
"We all have had training in the sword, as it was a custom in our families. We even agreed on a name for us, an dressed accordingly."

All thirty men held out their sword, which all had blue ribbons on the hilts. A man stepped forward and took Rugina's hand and kissed it.
"Milady, we are Your Blue Hilt Entourage, I am Kennedy, their captain. I am happy to serve you."
This man was one of the men she flirted with before. Rugina smiled at him and said
"Well, shall I lead you all to where I'm staying? I'm sure I can get you all rooms."
Kennedy Smiles and bows to Rugina "I'm sure we can, I know a fine inn with the right amount of rooms. Shall I lead the way Milady?"
Rugina nodded
"yes, we only need Twenty-nine rooms."
They all followed Kennedy to the Inn, Where they all spent the remainder of the night. Only one man had to share a room, Kennedy.
