Before I start let me say that this is my first attempt at making a template and that this one is based off of Tom's userdata template.
Okay, lets get going. Now, in order to make this work, you have to know what you're supposed to change. I'm going to be going into a lot of detail, so if you already know what you're looking for, scroll down until you find the section you're looking for.
Here is the template:

As you can see, there are three major sections; the Name, the Realm, and the Continent.
