I don't know how thoroughly the traditional 'be bold!' motto of Wikipedia applies here, so I'm being semi-bold until someone tells me otherwise. When I see a grammatical error in a treaty, do I edit it? Or does doing so risk the wrath of people who don't like unilateral modifications of their treaties?
