The journey back to Agyr with her new companions proved more cheery than the trip down to Fronepu. Shocking no one, Mulki had proven much more talkative once they were out of the city though Nerta still struggled with the cadence of the strange woman’s speech from time to time. Thankfully the otherwise quiet Wren had stepped in with a few pointers, smoothing things over. The other Tribe sister had seemed intent to absorb everything about the journey, and Nerta’s situation, asking pointed questions in every lull. Neither of them had spoken much about their homes, not with Mulki bouncing between them, it was something to address but… when? Certainly not during the back road scuffle in Rengo. They’d been avoiding the militia, but that meant more monsters, and Mulki’s ignorance meant Nerta was fighting with, well, ‘an arm tied behind her back.’ In the end they’d pushed through and made it: Agyr - the Jewel of the North.
