This Volume contains articles about the Western nations and how they, after being attacked themselves, declared armistice with the Daimons making them the strongest forces militarily on Beluaterra. It talks about how the human nations, particularly Riombara were betrayed by the Necromancer's Servants. There's also some info in there about the ever shrinking democracy of Avalon to our south. Oh, and lest we forget there is a short obituary to a fallen comrade, Baron Perrin Goldeneyes Stien, of Qual. RIP.
