Red Light

I hate to be the bearer of bad news buddy but I, and many others, have already tried this exact same idea before and all of us have been warned against it. For example, Talk:Dwilight Dueling Circuit, and Atamara Dueling Association, and Talk:EIDA. In fact, this policy (found, Rules and Policies) was added to the list because of my last attempt:

  • "Duels serious affairs meant to be used to defend one's honor, and may result in character death. They are not for sport or fun. As such, dueling guilds are prohibited if they use game-mechanic duels. Dueling guilds using roleplayed duels are acceptable. "

Like the policy says its only against Toms rules if you use the game mechanic duelling. Since their is no detail at all at this stage, it is quite possible that is there intent. --Masdus 08:37, 7 April 2011 (CEST)

Testing Islands have a new "training match" feature, which is seperate from dueling. I presume this will be used. --Iltaran 14:34, 7 April 2011 (CEST)
Indeed, I suspect this is permissible using training matches. Vellos 17:37, 7 April 2011 (CEST)
*Training Match - can only train where an academy is present. Hmm, I've never seen that before. I wonder what its all about? It doesn't look like you can have a training match with another noble, though. Maybe this guild is solely about competing for stats? Then the guild monitors their members success during tournaments and promotes and celebrates their best? That's exciting. D.west.ton 18:38, 7 April 2011 (CEST)
You can fight other nobles. Riombara has been having tons of training matches. Vellos 22:03, 7 April 2011 (CEST)
