For example, recently there has been rumour that the Royal Navy will scrap some of its ships...these numbers have ranged between 6 and 22 vessels. Every Newspaper saying that this was the "offical" number. But the offical number is that none are actually set, its justa rumour. Newspapers exploit rumours to their best advantage.
