Later, just as the Third Invasion of Beluaterra was beginning, the Duke saw to the repair and upgrade  of the fortifications of the city. This upgrade significantly improved both interior and exterior walls, as well brought the regions fortification rating to that of Stronghold (level 4). As of yet, no monsters, undead, or daimons have breached, let alone attacked, the desert Stronghold.
