Duckface the quack-headed adventurer chanced upon an ugly monster. With the monster's own tail, Duckface managed to choke the monster and retrieve the monster's teeth and forge the Mighty Dagger from the sharpest one. This dagger was purchased by Priestess Bucklefee Dundrave to use in Cult of Bloodmoon ceremonies.
