Meldeen
The region of Meldeen is part of RedSpan for a very short time. It was RedSpan soil before, but that was a long time ago. The former owners were Tara. Nagash Kahul-do-Baga was appointed first Count after the Take Over. Then Tara did an Take Over again, and the region swiched realm again. Not long later, RedSpan re-took the region again and Nagash Kahul-do-Baga was re-appointed.
