Ledoux Family/Aubin

Etymology

The name Aubin is a variant of the more common Albin, and means "white" or "bright". This, combined with the family name means you could take his full name as "the bright sweet one" which suggests his parents were either not thinking of the meaning, or else had intended something very different from the battle eager man he grew into.

Background

Appearance

Aubin wears his straight brown hair at a medium length - just long enough for the bangs to get in his eyes - and has a neatly trimmed beard. Standing at 5'4, he's not particularly tall compared to many other nobles, but his body is clearly that of a warrior. He takes great care for his appearance, rarely showing himself exhausted or dirtied if he can help it.

Though he has no notable gear, he commonly wears a set of blue dyed mail with golden pauldrons, and a white fur cloak. His preferred armament is the arming sword.
