The Kharkov Family is a small yet ambitious family, with their home region being Port Raviel on Dwilight. They have a long standing tradition of swordfighting, and any Kharkov will never be seen commanding a ranged unit. They value honesty, loyalty and determination above all else. The Kharkov Families original Heraldry was just a Catamount on a black shield. After gaining fame and expanding onto several continents they added a red stripe to symbolize their growing influence. The Catamount is an important family symbol, as the Kharkovs have a long lasting respect for cats. They have many roaming their family estate .

"Uncle" Vladamir

"Uncle" Vladamir is the current head of the Kharkov Family. He is lays more value on combat then most of the Kharkov Family. Though not the youngest, he is an excellent swordfighter and enjoys hunting in the forests near Port Raviel. He is very fond of his nephew Trogadon.

Swalc

A bookish personality, Swalc shies away from combat and travelling. He does however enjoy swordfighting and the occasional duel, as long as it's safe! He is fond of cats, and has several roaming his estate. Designing new siege-machines is another one of Swalcs pastimes. He is keen to live a calm and uneventful life in Dwilight. However, Uncle Vladimir threatened Swalc with crossing his name from the family tree if he did prove himself in combat. With no other option, Swalc enlarged his peacekeeping force and moved out to fight the monsters threatining the peasants in Odona. At the request of his King Pawl Paxwax, Swalc left his estate in Port Raviel to support D'Hara by helping maintain the region of Chesland.

Trogadon

A warrior at heart, Trogadon will always be found were the battle is. He is a skilled swordsman and commands the Kharkov Tigers Infantry Unit. His goal is to become the greatest member of his family. He has left his family home in Dwilight in search of glory on the war-torn South islands. Shortly after accepting his estate in Rhic, him and his still weak unit were ambushed on the way to Sandalaks capitol. Only one of his men survived and Trogadon was wounded. After recruiting new men he fought alongside his realm in the battle for the Cave of Guilt, were the Kharkov Tigers were again decimated to only a few. Now his unit is stronger than ever and ready to get revenge on the enemy.
