The Holy Ring of Lightning

I, Icarus Marsh, while hunting with my friend Vardamin in the proximities of Nimraw, and the far south of the East Continent; found a group of skeletons lead by an undead champion. It had pale skin and a bad temper, and we fought for several hours. Once the undead were no more, I saw this glowing silvery ring among the dusty remains.

The metal circle had a soft blue glow surrounding it, and once I picked it up for the first time a violent shock of energy ran trough my body and left me unconscious for some minutes. When I regain my feet, the ring buzzed lightly in a low frequency harmonic tune, that extinguished when I finally wore it.

I came to name this ring as the Holy Ring of Lighting, cause its first impression reminded me of a tale my nana used to tell me about the way in which the gods of old judged mankind in this world.

"I've seen this before, this glow" i thought as i dogded yet another clumsy strike from the undead champion glowing dimly infront of me "in my dreams" I remember dreams vaguely from my childhood containing monsters and demons, all glowing with the same dim light.

After having slain the Undead champion i looked through the bones, and discovered a Holy ring of Lighting, how weird for a Undead to wear a holy light, well, whatever, now it's mine.
