Fallangard's Military is well respected throughout the isle. It once stood against the might of the armies of the four largest realms in the south and since its resurrection strife's for nothing less then its former glory.

Fallangards Military is run by an educational system threw its Panther Claw academy. Everyone is educated for what ever task they might take in Fallangards Military. Our standard is set high and quality is guaranteed.

Army Protocols

Always make sure you do the following, in this order as much as you possibly can:

Set your men in the right settings which you will find under your standing orders.

Pay your men in time, where ever you go: either bring enough gold or do not venture to far.

Repair equipment, keep equipment in good shape, if it exceeds 30% request a refit. Depending on the situation it shall be granted.

Recruit to your max abilities, if finance is a problem to pay them weekly, request your lord to raise your share before you recruit up. For direct need of funds(for recruitment ie), contact the Military Matters council with an estimate of gold needed for what.

Get a healer and a banner for every 25 men and min 3 scouts. (you can get banners and healers in Isadril, scouts in Igno and Tota)

Always attack every rogue spawn within the realm by a direct half day(one turn) move, also report to the entire realm with what unit type and CS your moving out where. Double check if there's a spawn before you continue to the next step.

Make sure you check what type of rogues there are and what settings you have to use(see your standing orders or the bottom of this bulletinn).

Heavy train your men when ever you can, takes allot of time and some gold but pays of with a greatly trained and cohesive fighting force, i personally train my men twice a day.

Scout whenever you have time available.

Ask questions, discuss and suggest as much as you feel like but only after the above points are met.

If you do not have a unit, decide what unit type to recruit based on your preferences, skills and our current army composition. If there is more archers then infantry, we could use more infantry. About 2/3 of the number of infantry would be a healthy number of archers.

There will be rewards and honours for those who have the most trained men and preform the overall best in combat.

Attack rogues with the following settings:

Monsters:

Infantry: Front/Box/Defensive/Dug in if possible|50% Retreat

Archers: Deploy to maximize range(middle for range 4, front for range 3)/Line/Defensive|Minimum retreat

Cavalry: Rear/Box/Defensive|Minimum retreat

Undead:

Infantry: Middle/Box/Aggressive|Max retreat

Archers: Deploy to maximize range(middle for range 4, front for range 3)/Line/Defensive|Minimum retreat

Cavalry: Rear/Wedge/Aggressive|Minimum retreat
