Ronan Carmel, Marquis of Menedor I aim to present Falasan, not as a threat but as a good neighbour; ready to aid and support; ready to deal and discuss. But I will leave none in any doubt we are ready and able to defend our rights and those of our allies. I will encourage involvement of everyone in affairs of state so the realm benefits from the widest possible source of ideas and information. The realm is a melting pot of experiences and we cannot afford to waste them by not allowing them to be expressed easily. I want to explore the idea of a national war chest. Some way in which nobles can have access to gold when their personal income, for whatever reason, falls short of what's needed to have a good troop ready for battle. Finally religions. Though I cannot find it written anywhere, Falasan is a secular realm. My personal view is they should be tolerated provided they benefit the realm. How regions deal with religious activity is their choice so long as it does not have negative effects on neighbouring regions.
