Prisoner release treaty with Ash Sea Islands during the Falasani war of early 2007
1) Any normal Troop Leader shall be held for no more than 2 days, and his gold will remain in his purse.
2) Any member of the Royal Council will be released immediately, no strings attached.
3) Infiltrators will be held for the full 7 days if possible. Upon the first capture they can be banished, however only executed should they attack a member of the royal council.
