History

Origin

CORALYNTH, the crown jewel of the Arcaean empire was born within the ruins of Archachon on the Dark Isle, across the Straight of Unotosa from the mainland of the Far East. After the fall of Archachon, the entire island fell into a barbaric state that had to be reintroduced to civilization. The rebuilding and development of the Coralynthian culture still continues to this day, but nears completion.

Reign of King Azgath

King Azgath was the first king of Coralynth.

Geography

Coralynth is an island kingdom, north of the mainland across the Straight of Unotasa in the northern most region of the Far East. Coralynth is blessed with rich farmlands, woodlands, fisheries and hunting grounds. All of its regions with the exception of the capital Enlod are coastal regions.

Government

King/Queen

The King of Coralynth is elected from among the nobles of Coralynth by a popular vote. The position is a lifetime appointment, or until they decide to retire. The sovereign appoints the Lord Protector and the Imperial Magistrate

Lord/Lady Protector

The Lord Protector is the supreme military authority of Coralynth, tasked with the security and defense of the kingdom. The position is appointed by the King.

Imperial Magistrate

The Imperial Magistrate is the Judge of Coralynth, tasked with the duties of enforcing the laws of the kingdom, and meting out punishments for infractions.

Imperial Chancellor

The Imperial Chancellor of Coralynth is charged with seeing the proper distribution of food throughout the realm.
