Summary
The Cagilan Empire is one of the most influential and prominent realms of Atamara. Its armies can easily sway the battle. The Cagilan Empire has been around since the beginning of Atamara.
Government
The Cagilan Empire is a republic spanning 27 regions, with its capital in Cagil. The capital is virtually impenetrable due to the fact that there is only one way in, through Hidale. The Empire consists of five duchies, Calis, Cagil, Eaglin, Tarasac, and Nida. Their dukes are Adam (Calis), Shanka foonfa (Cagil), Belenus (Eaglin), and Zadar Nargath (Tarasac). Nida has recently been conquered, and as yet no Duke has been appointed.

Recent History
We are waging war against Carelia for its betrayal, while Tara and Darka defend Tara against Redspan. We lost Skalk, but we have conquered Nida in return. Abington, who was supporting Redspan and Carelia, has withdrawn to defend itself from a colony takeover and Ash Sea Islands reclaiming their namesake.

The Cagilan Citizen was created to compete with another Cagilan newspaper that never came to be. It is the honorable intrepretation of events of the Cagilan Empire. It's Honorable Head Editor is Sephirah and its Honorable Assistant Editors are Boba, Cloud and Tsubasa.
