The Cagilan Empire is one of the most influential and prominent realms of Atamara. Its armies can easily sway the battle. The Cagilan Empire has been around since the beginning of Atamara.
Government
The Cagilan Empire is a republic spanning 27 regions, with its capital in Cagil. The capital is virtually impenetrable due to the fact that there is only one way in, through Hidale. The Empire consists of five duchies, Calis, Cagil, Eaglin, Tarasac, and Nida. Their dukes are Adam (Calis), Shanka foonfa (Cagil), Belenus (Eaglin), and Zadar Nargath (Tarasac). Nida has recently been conquered, and as yet as no Duke.
