Summary
The Cagilan Empire is one of the most influential and prominent realms of Atamara. Its armies can easily sway the battle. The Cagilan Empire has been around since the beginning of Atamara.
Government
The Cagilan Empire is a republic spanning 27 regions, with its capital in Cagil. The capital is virtually impenetrable due to the fact that there is only one way in. The Empire consists of five duchies, Calis, Cagil, Eaglin, Skalk, and Tarasac. Their dukes are Adam (Calis), Shanka foonfa (Cagil), Belenus (Eaglin), and Dakkon Blackblade (Skalk). As Tsubaki has been recently elected Prime Minister he can no longer be the Duke of Tarasac. Therefore, Tarasac has no duke yet.
