Summary
The Cagilan Empire is one of the most influential and prominent realms of Atamara. Its armies can easily sway the battle. Cagilan Empire has been around since the beginning of Atamara.
Government
The Cagilan Empire is a republic spanning 27 regions, with our capital in Cagil. The capital is virtually impenetrable due to the fact that there is only one way in. The Empire consists of five duchies, Calis, Cagil, Eaglin, Skalk and Tarasac. Their dukes are Pikku (Calis), Shanka foonfa (Cagil), Belenus (Eaglin), Dakkon Blackblade (Skalk) and Tsubaki (Tarasac). There is also one imperial region, Alimonne.

Recent History
The Cagilan Empire finished a war between Carelia, Tara and itself versus Redspan, ASI, Falasan and Abington. Next there was a scandal with a Cagilan infiltrator attempting to assault Shanka and getting away. This same infiltrator attempted to assassinate our ally's ruler, Achilles. Our new judge is Pikku. We just reconquered Tarasac and other Drachenwald lands, helped Tara to expand. Afterward, we signed a ceasefire with Falasan. Now we march to the south.
