Gamerk Dajeli, though cooled and hungry slaughtered a undead champion, taking as his prize the Brilliant Chain Mail of Life. Finding an historian he was informed that the chain mail had been forged in the mountains near Reeds. The ancient warlord Eyoui swore that the mail had been blessed by the gods. Though he died in an ambush his people kept the claim, the Mail was looted by undead or monster around the second great invasion.
