Geography
Blaastambar is a large rural region with the most eastern shoreline of the whole East continent. A notable feature of this remote region is the ferry that provides access to the island of Skezard.
The landscape is very variable, from a long sandy an smooth shoreline to the east. To open fields most suitable for agriculture who fill in most of the region's landscape. To huge forests, in the center and to the south.
These forests in the center lay near the Lords residence. Where Lord Julian Carnes often invites fellow landed nobility to hunt on dire. who dwell in this forests.
History
Since Blaastambar is no region that has borders close to enemy territory, it wasn't the scene on large battles nor is it a place where the people care for building fortifications. The only thing that people have to fear, are the monster or undead invasions who come from the small island of Skezard, north of this region.
The last facts that included arms was some time ago: A Secret meetings of the elders where they insisted on a rebellion. many of these pesky peasentss tried to 'liberate' themself. therefore A strict law has been issued by the lord. Secret meetings are disbanded, on the pain of death.
Local Folklore
The people here are somewhat turned to themself, and they have a very carefull view on strangers. Since not many travel here. The most exiting event that happens here monthly are the wind blown feasts.
