Finding

When Nina returned to find the same sage that had repaired the Enchanted Aegis, the old man mumbled a few mysterious words and pointed to Nina's bag, then back to the Aegis. The wench then started taking out each of her items and showing to the man, until he was satisfied by three of them. Pointing once again to the Aegis, he entered his tent. An hour later, he returns with the Vest. The two halves of the unicorn horn were sewn into the vest, decorated with tiny pieces of the crystal, but Nina couldn't find where the old ring might have gone. Perhaps it was made into the thin and delicate golden strings mixed into the fabric...

You have encountered a sage, a wise man, rumoured by many to have magical powers. He and his kind are the only people capable of repairing and sometimes even improving unique items. He also offers you to make an item for you, a very rare opportunity indeed. He will need special ingredients for this, and he can only help you if you bring these: Old Ring Crystal Globe Unicorn Horn Since it appears you have everything needed, you can have him built it, well whatever "it" is. You hand the required items to the sage and he tinkers with them for an hour. Finally, he returns, with the "Ancient Vest of the Maiden" in his hands.
