Matthias, Count of Shiverwood, Norland, Atamara.

Having begun his public life in Ash Sea Islands, he became disillusioned with the realm's leaders after a changing of the guard, and made way with his old friend Jorel of Kent to Norland in August 2004. He has served Norland in various roles over the years - most often as Count of Hernepoole; usually as member of the Military High Command; currently (as at May 2007) as Count of the famed Forest of Shiverwood and Marshal of the Army of Thor's Hammer.
