First Entry
I have begun my caree... ...bent. We are at war with Ibladesh, and I am eager to fight them. I cannot wait to prove myself on the field of battle, and to command my fresh troops in my first battle agai... the rest of the entry is burned away
Second Entry
...ave been assigned to th... ...under the Marshal known as Mineral. He his an able bodied commander, leading us to many victories here in the north. I wish some day to be as capable as he is. Hopefully before long I shall have my chance to lead knights into battle.
Third Entry
Catastrophe has struck! Marshal Mineral was captured by Ibladesh in the recent battle. We won of course but the cowards did not wa... ...ize. I pray for Marshal Mineral to have strength while in the infamous prisons of Ibladesh.
However I must admit the same coin that brings about tragedy for my marshal, may perhaps bring opportunity to me. I have already drafted a le... ...awk, our glorious leader. I have volunteered to command the northern army while marshal Mineral is in prison. With any luck... The rest is unreadable

Fifth Entry
In battle after battle, I have commanded the northern army to victory. The Ibladesh troops are no match for the fine soldiers of Ubent. My glory, however, may be in its twilight. Word reached the capital today that Marshal Mineral is being released. I am unaware if our leader shall replace me as commander of the northern army with its former marshal. Surely he must know of my deeds, of the victories I have won. I shall be rewarded for my service, won't I?
