Fallan Family records
This is the official record of the history of the infamous, esteemed and sometimes controversial Fallan family. Or at least what has managed to survive the ravages of time, disaster and purposeful destruction.
Deceased Members of the Fallan Family
Although the Fallans are currently a semi-important noble family, this was not always the case. Two generations prior to the current one, the Family was one of the most famous and infamous families upon all the islands. The fame of the Fallans was nearly wiped out by the Patriarch of the family, and is to this day not referred to by his proper name within the family. Now that all members of that generation are gone, the current generation is attempting to recapture the families past glory.
The Patriarch
The Patriarch is the honorific title given by The Family to its Founding Father. However the serfs and servants of The Fallan Estate are known to call him The Betrayer, The Destroyer and the Black Lion in hushed tones while they believe no one of noble blood listens. The product of a time long forgotten by modern realms, The Patriarch fills both the role of creator of The Family and its ultimate enemy.
He created a realm in his own image, a political dynasty that spanned across continents and caused some of the worst wars known to man. In the end he succumbed to his own ego and madness,
Records of the Patriarch
After the willful destruction of the Families estate in Xavax by the Patriarch, his son, the Courageous left his kingdom in Beluaterra to seek out the family estate and see if anything remained. Although burned to the frame, a few books in the cellar of the manor survived the blaze. These are the personal books and memoirs of the Patriarch. They tell his tail in a way only he could.
The books suffered extensive damage within the fire, from single words being lost, to entire chapters, the books are a fragmented telling of the tale. These books have also been given their titles by the current generation, as each was found without title.

Current Members of the Fallan Family
Fenrick
The first born of the Courageous, Fenrick is the eldest of the current generation. His younger siblings, Stite and Zyrrin, both look to him for advice. Steady, cool under pressure, and a brilliant man who seeks power and will do anything to obtain it all describe him. The servants of the estate whisper to each other calling him the "New Patriarch". Whether that title is a blessing or a curse has yet to be seen.
Fenrick began his career in Caligus on the East Continent. Urged to the small kingdom by his father, he was told to seek out the Kazan family and attempt to cash in a few old favors from generations past.
Upon reaching Caligus he set up a new family estate in the region of Partora. Although there were strong family ties to the region of Xavax and to the western desert of Beluaterra, Fenrick being the one in charge of the new generation decided a fresh start was needed. Thus the family estate was constructed in the city of Partora while the city was under the control of Caligus.
Once having established the family estate and contacting the Kazans, Fenrick began his first work, the destruction of Yssaria. Although only a knight serving Gwynyth Kazan during the war against Yssaria, Fenrick was more than happy to take part in the campaign. Entering the realm of Caligus a few weeks before the war began, and staying all the way through the last siege of their capital, Fenrick saw the destruction of one of his Grandfather's most hated enemies.
After the destruction of Yssaria, Fenrick informed his liege, Gwynyth Kazan, that family business required him elsewhere. Roughly one week after Yssaria's capital was taken, Fenrick boarded a ship to Beluaterra.
Once Fenrick arrived on the Daimon ravaged island, he sought out the deserts of the west. There he hoped to find some remnants of his father's kingdom. Alas, the nobles that were left in charge of the realm after the departure of The Courageous were unable to keep the realm from collapsing during an invasion from the undead. Although his Father's kingdom was no more, he joined the realm that had taken most of the land once apart of that realm, Heen.
Currently Fenrick serves as Baron of Apokh. Although his father's Empire has been destroyed, he still feels loyalty to the desert sands, and strives to protect them from the ever present Daimon threat. His exact motives and ambition, however, are unknown to all but himself.
Zyrrin
The youngest of the current generation, she is the grand daughter of the Patriarch, and the daughter of the Courageous. She has two elder brothers, Fenrick and Stite.
Although she is the youngest, and was the last to leave the new family estate, many would argue she has been the most successful member of the new generation of Fallans thus far.
She began her career in the port city of Springdale upon the continent of Dwilight. She was among the handful of first nobles to arrive in the city, and she quickly rose among her peers as a person of honor and prestige among the nobles of Springdale.
Shortly after her arrival, she had made many friends, including the soon to be ruler and the soon to be general of the realm. Shortly after Attius Miriel was elected the first king of the new realm, he stepped aside and gave Zyrrin lordship of the great capital city of Springdale. Although a few would call her too inexperienced to run the city, the city prospered under her leadership becoming the most populated region on all of the continent.
Shortly after her appointment as duchess of the city, the lords and nobles of Springdale had grown tired of then king Attius Miriel's way of ruling. From refusing to listen to other nobles, to outright blatant mismanagement of the realm at the highest levels, the nobility of Springdale was ready for a change.
A letter was delivered by Zyrrin to Attius, it was signed by all the lords of the Duchy of Springdale. It demanded that Attius step down and allow new elections to take place, it was signed by Zyrrin as well as all the other lords of the duchy. Attius refused this ultimatum and began to oppress the nobles more. As such, various rebel factions began to plot against the crown. Neel Arya eventually was chosen to lead the rebellion against the monarchy. A battle commenced between hundreds of rebel troops against the personal guard of the king. Needless to say, Neel Arya was pronounced the new king of Springdale
Neel still serves as Emperor in the realm till this day. Zyrrin is one of his top advisers and is still Duchess of the largest city on the entire island. Although young, she has proven herself time and time again to be a vital asset to The Empire.
