Prisoner release treaty with Ash Sea Islands during the Falasani war of January 2007

1) Any normal Troop Leader shall be held for no more than 2 days, and his gold will remain in his purse.

2) Any member of the Royal Council will be released immediately, no strings attached.

3) Infiltrators will be held for the full 7 days if possible. Upon the first capture they can be banished, however only executed should they attack a member of the royal council.

4) Priests (This is new to me) can be held up to the full 7 days depending on the damage they caused. Preaching to the masses is not that bad so lets say 2 days whereas lowering realm control and causing upraising is very bad and then they can be held the full 7 days. (OOC: I don't know if a priest can be banned or not if so I think we should go to the same rules as infils)
