The Radiant Council

The Radiant Council consists of members from two distinguished groups: the Realm Council and the Hall of Glory. The Realm Council is composed of elected government officials, while the Hall of Glory comprises individuals who have dedicated a minimum of 500 days of service to the realm and earned 200 honor or achieved the esteemed rank of 'proficient' in the Halls of Novan Heroes.
