The second Twin City of Silnaria, It is an important center for commerce and the arts. The walls rise high from a rocky outcrop overlooking the Central Sea, and the towers have an unparalleled view of the surrounding area.
The city is small, yet vibrant.
Like all Silnarian cities, The great Crowned White Owl is a common sculpture and theme in the streets, from gargoyles to hitching posts.
