Treaties signed between the realms of Falasan and Cagilan Empire.

Prisoner Treaty, March 2008

Regarding prisoners, preaching and infiltration, from March 2008.

Prisoner Conduct Agreement

  • 1. No soldier of either Realm will be held for longer than 2 days (4 turns), the troop leader will therefore be released at the end of the 4th turn at the very latest.
  • 2. Troopleaders of either Realm will not be tortured.
  • 3. Soldier of either Realm will not have their gold stolen during their time held captive, unless 150 golds or more is held.
  • 4. Traders are to not be harm or there gold stolen unless they dealt with the black market.
  • 5. Professions not included in this agreement are :- Priests and Infiltrators.

Infiltrator Prisoner Agreement

  • 1. When an Infiltrator is 1st caught a ban is the maximum penalty
  • 2. When an Infiltrator is caught again then deportation is the maximum penalty
  • 3. No Execution of an Infiltrator.
  • 4. Any Infiltrator that has been caught, banned and then deported, if they are foolish enough to return and get caught, may be executed.
  • 5. An Infiltrator can be tortured once only if caught assaulting a duke or a council member or if a duke or council member has been assaulted in a region bordering the one the Infiltrator was caught in.
  • 6. Infiltrator attacking infiltrator is not a crime, if caught will be held for no longer than 2 days (4 turns) and will therefore be released at the end of the 4th turn at the very latest.
  • 7. Infiltrator gold is not protected.
  • 8. If both parties are agreeable then exchange deals can be reached. i.e.: Bans lifted or Prisoner exchanges.

Priests can be arrested on sight and only punishment is full 7 days in cell.

All agreements will run until the end of September 2008, but can be reviewed and changed only if both parties agree to change. When a judge is replaced, it's another good opportunity to review it.
