This treaty will end the conflict between Sirion, Nivemus, and Westmoor.
At the signing of this treaty by all realms effected; the realms of Sirion, Nivemus, and Westmoor will raise their relations to a state of peace.
The terms of the surrender of the realm of Westmoor to Sirion and Nivemus will be;
The realm of Westmoor will surrender the regions of Dulbin and Greatbridge to Sirion in exchange for the region of Evora.
This treaty will go into effect immediately upon the signed agreement of all three realms.
