It talks about how the human nations, particularly Riombara were betrayed by the Necromancer's Servants. There's also some info in there about the ever shrinking democracy of Avalon to our south. Oh, and lest we forget there is a short obituary to a fallen comrade, Baron Perrin Goldeneyes Stien, of Qual. RIP.
