--High Marshal Dielo had specific orders from King Tony, and no knowledge of Eston's position on the war.  His job is not to decide what's going to happen, it's to make sure what's going to happen actually does (and in the most efficent manner).  The first Estonian objection he heard was of their High Marshal relayed through King Tony.

Dielo

--High Marshal Dielo had specific orders from King Tony, and no knowledge of Eston's position on the war. His job is not to decide what's going to happen, it's to make sure what's going to happen actually does (and in the most efficent manner).
