Description

Beleriel is a rural region bordering Central Lake on the north, Barad Falas to the northeast, Nazgorn to the southwest, Corniel to the southeast, Anfalas to the southwest and Elroth to the northwest. Beleriel consists of highlands to the east, west and south that slope gently down to central and northern lowlands. Many streams and rivers thread their way down these gental slopes and empty themselves into Central Lake. Beleriel consists primarily of highland plains and praries, famland in the central and northern lowlands, and the occasional thicket or small forest.

Beleriel's population is scattered throughout the region with a few small towns and villages in the central lowlands and along the Central Lake shoreline. The locals are open, friendly and enjoy conversing with trvelers. They are always keen to learn the latest news and gossip from the outside world. They are a fun loving people who take any excuse to celebrate, which has resulted in a varitey of festivals and local holidays. The Way of the Warrior Saints and The Order are Beleriel's main religions.

Beleriel's greatest industries lie in Farming and Fishing which has resulted in food being its major export. A great variety of fruits, vegitables and grains are grown throught Beleriel's fertial lowlands while cattle, sheep, goats and other livestock are raised on farms that dot the highland plains. In addition to Beleriel's many farms, fisherman can be found trawling Central Lake as well as the many rivers and streams throughout Beleriel.
